Matterport has arrived in Australia. This fantastic piece of technology allows a viewer to be submersed in a complete 3d walkthrough of any house, building, hotel, museum, cafe/restaraunt/shop, car dealers show room and even a plane or a yacht - Yeah you've got it it. It's the google street view of interiors - but with much better quality - Be blown away by the submersion. You will literally be transported into the property you are viewing. We're proud to offer Matterport in various different packages. A virtual tour is created by scanning your property with a special camera and then assembling using a propriatary software into a model that allows you to walk through a property from any location without any need to go and see it in person. After software assembles all scans into a 3d view of your property which is usually reffered as a dollhouse it takes seconds to make it avaible online or even for offline viewing. Normally a regular 4 bedroom(up to 250 sqm) house takes 1.5-2.5 hours to scan. Creating a virtual tour may take upo to 48 hours to be processed by software. After it is done a customer will receive all details for publishing it online on their own website, realestate.com.au, domain.com.au or social media. We can also publish your virtual tour on Google Street View for a small fee. It gives you even more exposure as your tour will be accessible from Google Maps street veiw.
