Most of Matterport features are free and come by default, some will require a small fee. SOLUTION 2: 360 DEGREE VIDEO WALK-THROUGH WITH AN AGENT/OWNER
We can record a 360 degree video walkthrough with an agent/owner. The agent/onwer can give viewers a tour explaining some property features while each individual buyer watchin it can look around in 360 degree.
The agent/owner can use that video in their listings to let potential buyers to inspect a property in a 360 degree video format while they still will be provided with an agent voice guidance about a property..

We can do it with a maximum resolution of 4K but an optional lower resolution will also be provided for buyers who do not have a good internet connection. Once it is recorded we will place it on our channel on Youtube and give you the link to use it on your listings.

This service is new for us and we offer it to our customers for the first time. We are not aware of any other company offering it as a service to real estate marketing.

Our service fee for this service is $300 per hour with a minimum of one hour per booking. It should be enough time to do it even for a big property. If it needs more time to record a 360 degree video walk-through every extra 15 minutes will be charged extra $90. It may not be as good as a 3D Matterport tour but it may fit a smaller budget and it can be delivered to a client within 24-36 hours.
Another great application for this service is live streaming an auction in 360 degree video format on youtube. This way all interested buyers will see what is going at an auction seeing everything in a 360 degree view.
