MATTERPORT 3D TOURS

Once all the scans of your space are complete, uploaded to the cloud and processed, your 3D virtual tour becomes immediately available. (Within 24-48hrs after the scan has taken place) and, of course, is available to view 24 hours a day.

Matterport provide interactive floor plans or Doll House views of any space scanned.

Your customer can use any make of VR headset to explore your space. Matterport has created applications for both Android and Apple devices. These applications are available in both Google and Apple stores for free. 

Your customers can explore your space in all directions without even being there. No jumping between rooms, just smoothly moving though a space, the same way your customers would do if they were really there.

With our top end Matterport camera, a completed and processed tour can be used to take high resolution images for printing. You can make a photograph of any space inside from practically any angle you want. With this feature you do not need to invite a photographer to do still photography.

After your space is scanned and processed, a black and white plan can be ordered through us from Matterport. It will come with all measurements, if required, through the 3d space.

Outdoor spaces can be scanned as well. For example, you can show a 360 degree pan around all outdoor areas. This point of view can be particularly useful if you are selling a house or you want to show outdoor seating for a restaurant or a bar.

You can publish your 3D virtual tour on your website and on social media. For Real Estate both realestate.com.au and domain.com.au have integrated Matterport Into their property listings.
